After graduating with a B.S. from Pensacola Christian College, I had the privilege of teaching high school Science and Math at Calvary Christian Academy.
Two years later, I decided to get serious about my passion for Science and entered graduate school. I earned my PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Alabama.
Since graduate school, I have been a proud employee at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. As a postdoctoral researcher, I studied rhabdomyosarcoma for nearly two years. In March 2014, I transitioned to the position of Senior Scientist I at Children's GMP, LLC. A few years later I relocated to St. Louis, MO to work as a Senior Formulation Scientist a large pharmaceutical company.
